Kulturen: Innerhalb eines rotierenden Systems werden auf 18 bewässerten Hektar Ananas kultiviert. Es wird ständig ein Vorrat von ca. 300.000 Ananaspflanzen gehalten. Innerhalb der Ananaskulturen bieten 3 Hektar Forstfläche mit Edelhölzern (Teak u. Niem) Schutzbarrieren gegen Wind und Schädlinge. Der Baumbestand wird gepflegt, um das Holz nachhaltig als hochwertiges Möbelholz zu nutzen. Weitere mögliche Kulturen, die an Klima und Region angepasst sind: Papaya, Kokos, Banane, Mango, Limette, Acerola, Graviola, Mandiok, Süßkartoffel, Edelhölzer, Eukalyptus u.a.
Personal: Die Farm wird von einem deutschen Forstingenieur geleitet. Die Feldarbeit übernehmen 5 geschulte Landarbeiter unter der Führung von einem Vorarbeiter.
